A systematic operational audit
Once the test order has been fully configured, the operational implementation begins – precisely controlled and fully documented. Before the actual data collection takes place, a mandatory identity check of the test item is carried out. This ensures that the component and the scope of the test correspond unambiguously and that no incorrect allocation occurs. The relevant work instruction is then displayed by the system and must be actively confirmed by the person carrying out the test.
Only then does the inspection or rework process begin, supported by an optimised user interface on the tablet. Both inspection results and the processing time taken are recorded in real time – directly within the system, without any disruption to the workflow. The result: a highly structured, traceable workflow that seamlessly combines process reliability, operator guidance and documentation.
