Operational testing with a system

Once the inspection order has been fully configured, the operational implementation begins - precisely controlled and seamlessly documented. Before the actual data acquisition, a mandatory identity check of the test specimen is carried out. This ensures that the component and test scope clearly match and that no incorrect assignment occurs. The corresponding work instruction is then displayed by the system and must be actively confirmed by the person carrying out the inspection.

Only then does the inspection or rework action start, supported by an optimized user interface on the tablet. Both inspection results and the processing time spent are recorded in real time - directly in the system, without media discontinuity. The result: a highly structured, traceable process that seamlessly combines process reliability, operator guidance and documentation.
