What our staff say
On working hours:
Lola Reichert,
Coordination of Internal Sales and Accounts
The flexitime scheme is brilliant, as I don’t have fixed working hours and can therefore easily fit personal commitments into my day. There’s also the option to reduce or increase my working hours as and when needed – a solution is always found that suits everyone.
On tasks and design:
Girma Mekonen,
Laminating Specialist
Even during the job interviews, I had the feeling that there was a great deal of creative freedom at the Zettl Group. That has only been confirmed since then. It gives me the feeling that I can make a difference and that I am an important part of the whole.
About benefits:
Manuela Stock,
Quality Assurance Officer – Product & Project
The GivveCard for staff is a brilliant scheme! Receiving a tax-free sum of money on top of your salary every month is a lovely bit of extra support. The fact that you get a special payment on special occasions, such as a birthday, is also a wonderful gesture of appreciation.
About events:
Thomas Biehl,
Development Coordination
The annual summer and winter parties are always a real highlight for me! It’s not only a great opportunity to get to know my colleagues better, but their families and loved ones are always there too.

The application process
The interviews are designed to be informal get-togethers in a relaxed atmosphere. There are just three steps to joining us.

1. Invitation to a telephone call / video call
During our first conversation – whether via video call or telephone – we’ll have an initial chat to clarify any questions we both may have. We’ll also, of course, get to know one another, and you’ll gain an initial insight into the potential tasks involved.

2. Invitation to an in-person interview
The second face-to-face interview is designed to give you a comprehensive insight into the role. We also want to clarify any outstanding questions with you. Furthermore, you’ll have the chance to impress us with your specialist knowledge.

3. Decision & Contract Offer
In the final interview, you’ll get to know our management team and find out more about our company’s history. You’ll also get a glimpse of our premises and the way we work.
FAQs on the application process
What we look for in applicants
The interview is meant to be a casual chance to get to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere. Remember, we’re applying to you too, so fire away with questions, be curious and be yourself – that’s the only way we can find the right role for you.
Our tips for applying
If you don’t meet all the requirements for a job application, don’t let that put you off. What’s important is a realistic self-assessment. Be open and confident!
If it didn’t work out first time round, don’t be disheartened. Often, we simply can’t offer the right role at the right time, so please feel free to apply again at a later date. Who knows – perhaps we’ll be able to welcome you to our team soon.
Preferred method of application
Our application system has digitised and streamlined the application process, so that you can apply for your chosen role as quickly as possible and with minimal effort.
Please feel free to send us your CV and up-to-date certificates; you’re also welcome to include a covering letter or other references, so that we can get to know you as a person and gain an insight into your skills.
