Our certified airbag sewing techniques enable the safe integration of airbags into side bolsters, backrests or headrests – whilst maintaining complete design freedom. We use specialised thread solutions and stitching patterns that are both visually high-quality and functionally reliable. Our processes comply with all safety-related requirements in accordance with OEM guidelines and are designed for reproducibility in series production. Using our high-precision cutting systems, we convert CAD data into precise cut-outs for leather, microfibre and technical textiles – quickly, cost-effectively and to a consistently high standard. Optimised material utilisation and a reliable handover to downstream production stages enable efficient production processes and maximum repeatability. We also produce complex geometries and multi-layer cuts with consistent process stability – ideal for development projects, series production runs or sample production.
