Can you keep track of multiple projects at once and have a good grasp of processes, resources, and priorities?
As part of our team, you will manage and coordinate projects and assignments in day-to-day operations, ensure everything runs smoothly, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. You will leverage your organizational skills to efficiently allocate staff, maintain a focus on quality and cost-effectiveness, and continuously improve processes.
These are your tasks:
- Independent implementation and execution of client projects in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions
- Point of contact for customers at the operational level
- Review of projects based on financial criteria
- Technical management of the projects
- Analyzing and evaluating opportunities for optimization, identifying measures, and supporting change processes on-site
- Goal-oriented motivation and employee development
- Compliance with and implementation of legal, regulatory, and internal company requirements
What you already have:
- You have completed a technical or business vocational training program
- Ideally, a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
- Willingness to travel within Europe; approximately 80% of the work takes place in the Weng area
- High level of commitment and a focus on performance
- Excellent communication skills at both the operational and management levels
- Operational leadership skills and strong assertiveness
- Strong focus on service and customer satisfaction
- Strong technical understanding
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
