These are your tasks:
- You configure, install and maintain software solutions and network components independently to ensure smooth IT operations
- You continuously monitor the performance of our systems and respond quickly and efficiently when faults occur to minimize downtime
- You ensure that our IT infrastructure runs securely, stably and efficiently by implementing and regularly reviewing security measures
- You support our employees competently in first and second level support and find practical solutions to technical problems
- You are responsible for managing and monitoring software licenses so that all applications can be used legally and technically flawlessly
- You maintain and expand our internal wiki by creating and providing technical documentation, manuals and IT guidelines in a comprehensible and up-to-date manner
What you already have:
- You have completed training in the IT sector with a focus on support and system integration or have a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
- Ideally, you have a professional certification, for example as a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) or in the Linux area
- You have a good knowledge of hardware and software as well as the administration of networks, system technology and operating systems and can apply this knowledge confidently in practice
- You are familiar with important aspects of system security, such as intrusion detection systems and data backup and recovery strategies to reliably protect the IT environment
- You have strong problem-solving skills, are creative and have the necessary inventiveness to master even complex challenges independently and efficiently
