Do you always keep track of things, even when dealing with complex processes, and ensure a smooth flow of materials and orders? As a foreman (m/f/d), you’ll coordinate your team, manage processes in the ERP system, and serve as the point of contact for customers and employees. With your organizational skills, you ensure on-time delivery, monitor inventory and quality, and actively contribute to the optimization of our processes.
These are your tasks:
- Ensuring that work proceeds on schedule
- Component supply for the test lines using the FIFO strategy
- Point of contact for our customers regarding order processing and fulfillment
- Job-specific staff coordination and job-specific training for employees
- Monitoring of open transactions and tracking in the ERP system (goods receipts/goods issues) / demand planning
- Inventory of the various warehouse types and processing of shipping damage in the ERP system
- Creating Tickets for Non-Standard Deliveries in the ERP System
- Inspection, review, rework, and random checks of initial sample components
- Consult with customers regarding the further processing of restricted inventory and the system-based monitoring of restricted inventory in the ERP system
- Onboarding new employees and ensuring compliance with all internal management guidelines at the site (e.g., lean management initiatives, shop floor)
What you already have:
- Experience in production or manufacturing (automotive industry) is a plus
