As a working student (m/f/d) in the field of digitalization and AI-powered data collection, you will actively support us in the rollout of an internal production control app. You will gain valuable insights into the production processes of a modern automotive supplier and take on independent responsibilities at the intersection of IT, data management, and manufacturing.
These are your tasks:
- Entering master data, projects, and production orders
- AI-powered processing and structured collection of product, customer, and production data
- Migration and cleanup of existing data from SAP Business One and Excel into the new system
- Testing and validating app functions in the areas of cutting, sewing, laminating, and final inspection
- Documentation of workflows and creation of guidelines and handover documents for production
- Close collaboration with management and on-site departments
What you already have:
- A student enrolled in a program in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable field of study
- Safe use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for data processing and structuring
- A structured, meticulous, and independent approach to work—especially when handling data
- Basic knowledge of ERP or MES systems (e.g., SAP Business One) is a plus
- Interest in production and manufacturing processes, ideally in the automotive industry
- Initiative and motivation to take on responsibility for a hands-on project
