The application process
The interviews are intended to be a relaxed atmosphere in which to get to know each other. Your path to us involves just three steps.

1. invitation to a telephone call / video call
In the first interview, via video or telephone call, we exchange information for the first time in order to clarify mutual questions. Of course, we will also get to know each other and you will gain an initial insight into the potential tasks.

2. invitation to an interview on site
The second on-site interview is designed to give you a comprehensive insight into the position. We also want to clarify all open questions with you. You can also impress us with your specialist knowledge.

3. decision & contract offer
Get to know our management team in the final interview and find out more about the history of our company. You will also get an insight into the company premises and the way we work.

Expectations of applicants
The interview should be an informal get-together in a relaxed atmosphere. Remember, we are also applying to you, so ask us questions, be curious and authentic - this is the only way we can find the right position for you.
Our application tips
If you don't meet all the requirements for an application, don't be put off. A realistic self-assessment is important. Be open and self-confident!
If it didn't work out at the first attempt, don't hang your head. Often we simply can't offer the right position at the right time, so feel free to apply to us again at a later date. Who knows, maybe we will soon be able to welcome you to our team.
